General information only

Content on the site — including the loan library and guides — is general information. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice and doesn't take your circumstances into account. Tax and lending rules change; check current requirements with Inland Revenue or a qualified adviser before acting.

Calculators and estimates

Our tools produce estimates based on the figures you enter and simple, published formulas. They aren't offers, approvals, valuations or tax assessments. Actual outcomes depend on lenders' criteria and your full circumstances.

Enquiries and lending

Submitting an enquiry doesn't create an obligation for you or us, and isn't an application for credit with any particular lender. Any loan is subject to the relevant lender's criteria, assessment and loan documents. Loanster only assists with business-purpose lending.

The Loanster name, logo, design, text, tools and code on this site belong to us or our licensors.
