Open →Why use a calculator before you apply?
Because the best loan conversations start with a clear picture of the problem. An owner who knows their usable equity, the real size of their cash-flow gap and what their tax set-aside should be can compare options quickly and avoid borrowing too much or too little.
How accurate are the tools?
They're estimates built on simple, transparent formulas — each tool page shows its maths and a worked example. They don't replace a lender's assessment or your accountant's advice, and none of them produce an offer. What they do well is size a problem and show which lever matters most: equity, debtor days, GST timing or the choice of route.
What happens with my numbers?
Nothing. The calculations happen in your browser. We don't store, log or send the figures you enter. If you'd like a specialist to look at your actual situation, you can send a 60-second enquiry separately.
